The courses are of two or five days duration covering basic jewellery making to specialist courses such as sculpting for casting and hand engraving. All lecturers have BA Hons degrees in jewellery and teaching qualifications, as well as a combined total of working many years in the trade. The small jewellery school is also residential, offering very comfortable English country cottage accommodation. A Victorian barn hosts the workshop and lecture room adjacent to the cottage accommodation.
